Informal Vintage Style Wedding Dresses

Advantages of the informal vintage style wedding dresses for a perfect wedding

Are you tired of the traditional wedding style?

The perfect wedding became such a cliché: White or peach dress, exquisite decorations, expensive dishes and instrumental music: no fun, no creativity, nothing special.

Even if the ceremony is planned with good taste, it is like something it’s missing.

Couples with personality should break that cliché and let the real wedding fun begin. Unique weddings always create a buzz and are extremely enjoyable for the guests.

There really exist unforgettable weddings and those weddings become nuptial myths. I once received the strangest, yet most intriguing wedding invitation. Made out of black paper, the invitation had printed on it with white soft letters the location of the wedding and a P.S: “Don’t dress up fancy”.

Knowing that the bride was open-minded, I instantly thought that she has chosen one of the informal vintage style wedding dresses that she talked about at the engagement party.

Well, I was pretty right, but that is not all: it was one off the hook exciting wedding in the mountains: an “outlaw wedding”: the grooms were sitting on tiny wood chairs and the bride worn a wild flower crown and one of the most beautiful wedding dresses I have ever seen.

Choosing to wear informal vintage style wedding dresses does not necessarily mean that you can’t have the traditional wedding with all the dancing and toasting, it only means that you can adopt a different style and be yourself the way you like it.

There is all the fuss about the wedding dress, but the groom’s clothing is almost completely ignored. If the bride adopts the informal style, the groom’s clothing needs to be adapted as well. A glamorous shirt or blouse and some sun glasses or a hat will definitely make him look adorable.

Informal vintage style wedding dresses open the doors to the wedding “free style” and turn this celebration back into an enjoyable and exciting even for all the guests.
